The Public Service Commission (PSC) Second Language Evaluation (SLE) consists of three separate exams designed to assess French proficiency for federal public service roles:
- Written Comprehension (Compréhension de l'écrit): Multiple-choice questions testing understanding of government-related texts.
- Written Expression (Expression écrite): Tasks requiring clear, structured writing on professional topics.
- Oral Proficiency (Expression orale): Interactive conversation simulating workplace scenarios to evaluate fluency, vocabulary, and interaction.
Levels range from A (basic) to C (advanced/exempt). Level C is highly valued for career progression. Our training is specialized for all three tests — with test simulations, mock exams mirroring PSC formats, and targeted strategies supporting strong results.
